Antalya Alkollu Icecek Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. ('AAI') founded by a group of individuals in 2005, has started production activities in 2008 in Antalya Organized Industrial Zone on a total area of 62.200 m2 of which 18,000 m2 is closed area in ANTALYA, TURKEY. The first integrated alcohol facility in Turkey. As being market challenger with its production, stocking, bottling and packaging units in which Agricultural Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) is being used in production of the food alcohol required in raki, vodka, gin, and liqueur production. All the processes are controlled by the Italian Frilli technology and hygienic measures. The production system in the facililty depends on technology based automation rather than human and operates almost at six sigma level with zero error. In the facility, soft tasted alcoholic drinks purged from harmful alcohol derivates and off odors/tastes are being produced through a high technology alcohol productin including; 7 stage distilation Short period of fermentation Reverse osmosis Activated carbon filtration The water from Bey Mountains which presents same taste at each bottle is filtered with reverse osmosis system and offers alternative products that present different tastae with diferent anise density usage. RUSSIAN Vodka Production Technique is being used as a production discipline in our facility. AAI has 128 different kinds of products in its product portfolio. Primary locomotive products in its portfolio Not only AAI produces one of the most qualified alcohol in Turkey, but it also preferred in supply of household ethyl alcohol sold in retail chain stores. AAI has permission to sell the produced agricultural ethyl alcohol to the food and health industries. AAI also supplies alcohol to the leading alcohol beverage companies in Turkey in order to be used in alcoholic beverage production as well.
